To report mail as false-positive or false-negative, go to the Operations -> Activity -> History and queue page, search for the mail that you want to report then click on the Preview/info button.
You can also report it on our reporting site, report.halon.se, if you for example already received the message and want to forward it as an attachment.
False-positive
You can report mail as false-positive if they were classified as 'bulk' or 'spam' by CYREN RPD. Click on the Spam classification and then Report blocked email (FP). If it's still in queue or quarantine you can also report it with Report blocked email (FP) with email body.
IP reputation
False positives generated by CYREN IPrep (the globalview() function) can be reported directly on their website, in order to have an IP address unlisted.
False positive reasons
There are a few different types of spam classifications which can cause False-Positives, a list of the different reasons along with common examples can be found on this page.
False-negative
You can only report false-negative that are in queue or quarantine and has a classification less than 'spam' by CYREN RPD. Click on the Spam classification button and then Report spam (FN).
