This release updates the software package to the latest quartery releases of the base system, anti-virus and MTA software. The changelog for this and upcoming releases of this packaging has moved to a new location on this knowledge base site.
- This release restricts the use of \n.\n as end-of-data delimiter to prevent inconsistency between email servers. This has been refered to as SMTP smuggling. The new default is to by default disallow, but auto-detect exception based on the first header line to prevent incompatibilities with old clients, while still preventing the SMTP smuggling behaviour.
